Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES
We charge a RM7 flat rate for standard shipping for all orders within East Malaysia and RM13 in West Malaysia on our official website. From time to time, we may provide promotional shipping rates. Please note, shipping rates are subject to change. Always check the available promotions prior to placing your order.
International shipping is on available for Singapore at a flat rate of RM18.

HANDLING TIME
We will try our best to ship all orders within 2-3 days once your order has been placed. If we are unable to ship your order within 7 days due to unforeseen circumstances, a member of the customer care team will reach out to you for resolution options. If your order has not been dispatched after 7 days and you haven't heard from our team, you can reach out to info@masaebeauty.com. 

SHIPPING TIME
Orders are generally expected to arrive within 7 days once they have been dispatched. We will send you a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched which you may use on our shipping partners website. Once your order is dispatched via one of our shipping partners (Ninja Van), we have limited control over the shipping speed. If your order does not arrive within 7 days and you wish to raise a query with our customer care team, please contact us at info@masaebeauty.com
